Great luggage. Looks good and rolls very smoothly. Hopefully it will last a lot longer than our previous luggages from cheaper brands.

I am extremely disappointed with the durability of this suitcase. During normal travel, one of the spinner wheels began to disintegrate on the first flight - leaving me with a major problem for the next ten days abroad. As the attached photo shows, the wheel material failed catastrophically rather than simply wearing down over time.

This luggage was used under ordinary travel conditions and should have been able to withstand the demands of airport and hotel transit. A suitcase is only as reliable as its wheels, and a failure of this nature raises serious concerns about the overall quality and durability of the product.

For a piece of luggage intended for travel, I expected far better performance and longevity. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

I wanted to use these before I wrote a review. I travelled Germany for 7 weeks, 3,500+ miles, 50 trains… and I was NOT gentle with this luggage.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with my choice. I purchased several brands before deciding on Luggex—and this was hands down the BEST decision.

I had this suitcase maxed out weight-wise. Traveling alone much of the time meant I was constantly lifting, pulling, and yes… even throwing it on and off trains because I had more than one bag. Some days I didn’t even have the energy to carry it up and down stairs, so it literally bumped down step by step with me. I was worried the stairs would ruin my suitcase, but it was perfectly fine!!! The suitcase is incredibly durable.

And the wheels? AMAZING. They held up to EVERYTHING.

They handled every surface I came across. Cobblestone? No problem. Although I will say… in Köln (Cologne), the cobblestones were EXTRA 😂 so I had to put my back into it and pull!

It rolled smoothly across platforms, elevators, stairs, and everything in between.

It also went on and off escalators easily, which was a huge deal when traveling alone. My carry on sat on top and strapped easily to the pull up handle. i am 6’ 2” and the handle was a perfect length for me.

I brought a spare wheel but never needed it. The shocks did their job perfectly. After 7 weeks of serious use, the wheels still looked great, just normal scuffs and scratches (see pic).

Security was another huge plus.
No zippers to puncture, just a solid aluminum frame with two TSA-approved locks. I felt completely comfortable leaving it in the train luggage areas while I went to the bathroom or restaurant car. I also used a retractable locking cable for extra peace of mind.

The medium size fit easily in the overhead racks on German trains.

About the frame … I tried other hard-shell suitcases without aluminum frames, and they all felt floppy and “soft.” With my hip injury, I needed something I could sit on if necessary. The company didn’t officially recommend it, but I had to try it and it was SOLID .

I used it as a seat multiple times throughout my trip. Even my 6’10”, 300 lb son sat on his with no issue. The frame is no joke!! Seriously strong and well-built.

Bottom line:
I am SO happy with this purchase. We now own four different sizes and I am buying a set for my husband.

I’ve included a video of it rolling over different surfaces in Bad Honnef, regular cobblestones, the horribly bumpy ones in Cologne and down the stairs at the Cathedral. The wheel photo shows their condition AFTER the full 7-week trip. Even after sitting on them, a lot, the shock is in perfect condition.

I was in need of a new carry-on for my trip to London. During my search, I was looking for a 20 in carry-on luggage that was made with a durable hard shell, no zippers, had a section for wet items, could fit in an overhead storage, and was able to roll smoothly over various surfaces. I ended up purchasing this Luggex carry-on because it had all my requirements. I also chose this carry-on for its price and 3 year warranty.I saw other similar carry-ones that were twice the price with only a 1 year warranty.During my 3 week trip to London, this carry-on proved to be worth every penny. on my international flight, the carry-on fit in the overhead storage with no problem. It rolled through various surfaces at the airport and on the streets of London with no problem. I was able to fit 4 outfits and a pair of shoes along with some other items easily. The two handles are very useful for when you need to pick up the luggage. The handles even have a soft close feature that's very nice. I can't comment much on the scratch resistance as I didn't check my luggage. But the hard shell is very durable and did not get any damage during my trip. The TSA lock are easy to program and I like how each side can have it's own combination. overall, I really like the design of this carry-on. It's built like a tank. The aluminum frame with the corner protectors are nice. Hopefully, these will hold up over time.

I travel a lot and needed a solid aluminum-frame carry-on?imowa style, but not Rimowa price. Tried both 20 Krute and LuggeX, and went with LuggeX. It's $10 more than Krute but feels way sturdier and better built.The shell is 100% polycarbonate (not cheaper PC+ABS), so it's thicker, tougher, and feels more premium?ike AWAY or Rimowa.The wheels are great. They've got little springs inside (like mini shock absorbers), so it rolls super smooth and quiet. No rattling even over carpet edges or bumps. Easy to push and keeps my stuff safe.

This carry luggage is impressively sturdy and built to last. Its simple design makes it easy to use and navigate through busy airports. I've received lots of compliments on it while traveling, which is always a nice bonus. overall, it's a reliable and straightforward travel companion.

I got LUGGEX 28", I was a bit unsure at first since this suitcase doesn?t have a zipper, but I?m so glad I went for it! The locking latches are easy to use and feel way more secure.One of the best features is how lightweight yet spacious it is. I packed everything I needed for a multi-day trip and the organized interior made packing super efficient . It looks a bit compact but depth covers everything.It also feels really sturdy with the aluminum corner protectors and reinforced frame.The springy wheels roll smoothly, even on bumpy surfaces. I had no issues at all after dropping it down an elevator at a UK airport. Not only does it still work perfectly, but it also has almost no scratches. Even when it fell, the handle was extended, yet it remained intact. The quality is excellent! I'm definitely getting another one.

Its a great bag, holds a decent amount and rolls very smooth. Very nice to get around the airport. My only complaint is that I wish it had a harder shell. If ever I was forced to check it, I feel like it would get cracked with the way baggage handlers throw and stack bags.

Love this case!! Super lightweight, wheels are extremely smooth and the shock absorption is evident. LoVE that there is a TSA lock AND there is a side handle. Really love the interior pockets, detachable packing cube with organizers, and ability to compress the other side. Nice to have a zip divider with waterproof pocket and other pocket, although I usually end up rolling dividers like this up, due to the way I pack. If you don't pack like me, you'll likely find this to be a great feature and really, if I could make my peace with the divider, I'd probably be a more efficient packer.

I really like zipperless bags, and loved this one when it arrived. Set it up for the first trip and it was checked in by the gate, no long journey to airplane. Wheel came off, it was a bit loose when i go it as new, but i thought it was part of the smooth rolling mechanism (which was really smooth, it rolls like it's floating).I need to return this bag.The suitcase is wonderful, easy to open, hardcase, excellent.Thanks a lot.Let me add that the Luggex Company contacted me and replaced my bag without question. They were very thoughtful and sent me a new one, as soon as they received my messages. I changed my review because they were quick and gave me a brand new one.
