Preguntas Frecuentes
About LUGGEX & Our Best Seller Luggage
What makesLUGGEX different from other brands?
LUGGEX designs travel-ready hardside luggage with practical structure, smooth mobility, and long-term reliability.
Our ZX Series is built around a zipperless aluminum frame, built-in TSA-approved locks, durable polycarbonate shells, and smoother spinner wheels. Compared with traditional zippered luggage, ZX eliminates one of the most common failure points: zipper breakage.
We also put heavy focus on wheel durability. Wheels often take the hardest impact during shipping, airport handling, and daily travel, which is why select LUGGEX models feature shock-absorbing swivel wheels. Some replacement wheels are designed to snap on and off quickly, making maintenance easier over time.
Why choose zipperless luggage?
Zipperless luggage removes one of the most common weak points on traditional suitcases: the zipper. Instead of pulling a zipper around the case, ZX uses a structured aluminum frame and secure latch closure for a cleaner, stronger, and more secure travel experience.
Is zipperless luggage more secure than traditional zipper luggage?
Yes. Traditional zipper luggage relies on a zipper as the main closure point, which can become a weak point over time.
ZX Series uses a reinforced aluminum frame with dual TSA-approved latches, creating a more rigid closure system designed for frequent travelers.
Is aluminum frame luggage heavier than regular luggage?
ZX uses an aluminum frame combined with a lightweight polycarbonate shell.Unlike traditional full aluminum luggage, ZX balances durability and weight, giving travelers stronger protection without unnecessary bulk.
Is the ZX Series full aluminum luggage?
ZX is not a full aluminum suitcase. It uses an aluminum frame with a durable polycarbonate hardshell, giving travelers the benefit of a structured frame without the extra weight of a fully aluminum case.
Can zipperless luggage open during travel?
No. ZX Series uses secure aluminum frame construction with TSA-approved latch locks designed to keep your belongings protected during travel.
Will the aluminum frame show scratches over time?
Like premium aluminum travel cases, ZX may develop natural marks from real-world travel. These signs of travel are normal and do not affect performance.
Choosing Your LUGGEX
Who is ZX best for?
ZX is best for travelers who want a more secure hardside suitcase for business trips, vacations, family travel, international trips, and frequent check-ins. It is especially suited for customers who dislike zipper failures or want a more structured suitcase.
What sizes does LUGGEX luggage come in?
LUGGEX offers sizes for different travel needs:

Warranty protection varies by product and purchase date, ranging from 1 year to 10 years.

For example, the FLO5 Expandable Carry-On expands from 36.1L to 40.5L, and the Smart Carry-On expands from 37L to 42L.
The ZX zipperless series does not expand because of its rigid aluminum frame structure. Instead, it offers generous fixed capacity, including approximately 36L for the carry-on and 103L for the check-in model.
