This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through www.luggex.com (“Website”) and applies to all products sold by LUGGEX (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Return Eligibility Period

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

Return requests submitted after this period may be denied at our sole discretion.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition
  • Be returned with all original packaging, components, manuals, tags, protective materials, and accessories
  • Not show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects

LUGGEX reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Acceptable Return Reasons

2.1 Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers may return an unused product for personal reasons within the return window.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees, insurance fees, handling fees, and promotional discounts are non-refundable
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied at our discretion if the returned item shows handling wear or incomplete packaging

2.2 Defective, Damaged, or Quality-Issue Products

If a product arrives with manufacturing defects or transit damage, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • Order number
  • Packaging condition evidence if damage occurred during shipping

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.

If verified, LUGGEX will, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide replacement parts
  • Send a replacement product
  • Offer a partial refund
  • Issue a full refund

Return shipping costs in verified defect cases will be covered by LUGGEX.


2.3 Incorrect Item Received

If the delivered item differs from the confirmed order (model, size, color, quantity, or included components), customers must notify us within seven (7) days and provide:

  • Photo of the received item
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • Order number

We will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.


3. Return Authorization Requirement

Returns must be pre-approved by LUGGEX.

Unauthorized returns, returns sent to the wrong address, or returns without a valid Return Authorization may be rejected or refused upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for following all return instructions provided.


4. Return Shipping Risk

Customers bear responsibility for return shipments until the package is received and signed for by our warehouse.

LUGGEX is not liable for:

  • Lost return packages
  • Delayed return shipments
  • Damaged returns caused by insufficient packaging

Customers are strongly advised to use trackable and insured shipping services.


5. Inspection and Refund Processing

All returned items undergo warehouse inspection.

If the returned product:

  • Shows signs of use
  • Is missing parts
  • Is damaged due to improper repackaging
  • Does not match the approved return condition

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject the return
  • Apply partial refund deductions
  • Return the product back to the customer at their expense

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

6. Non-Returnable Items & Product-Specific Eligibility

While most LUGGEX products are covered by our 30-day return policy, certain items may have different return eligibility due to their nature.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Used products not covered by warranty
  • Products damaged due to misuse, airline handling, negligence, improper storage, or unauthorized repair
  • Promotional gifts or bundled free items
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
