Covered repairs and replacement parts are free. Airline damage, misuse, cosmetic scratches and normal wear are excluded.

Inspect your item at home. Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, with the item in resalable condition, original packaging and accessories, and no travel use.

Eligible returns include a prepaid return label and no restocking fee. Eligible exchanges ship both ways free.
