Airline broke one wheel on our clamshell expandable checked bag luggage. Love this suitcase so asked for replacement wheels. Staff were very helpful, but ultimately, the replacement wheels are the wrong size. Have asked for follow-up help, but no response so far.
Helpful customer service and quick delivery of the replacement wheel.
Thank you for mentioning our customer service. We're glad we could help quickly with the replacement wheel and appreciate your patience.
I love the look and features of my 24” zx suitcase. Unfortunately one of the wheels got broken 1/2 off going through baggage claim. I think this was a fluke because I have seen how the baggage handlers throw luggage around. I contacted luggex and they asked for pictures. The next morning I received a email stating that they would be sending me a new suitcase. I will be purchasing the 28” zx luggage because luggex stood by their product. The customer service was great and my replacement was shipped very quickly.
Perfect fit
Can the large wheels work in place of the medium ones?
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your question,
For wheel compatibility for the Zx series:
