At LUGGEX, we aim to deliver fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for all orders.

This policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

Shipping Time & Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or equivalent services.

United States — Continental U.S. Only

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days Shipping times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons (such as Black Friday and holidays).
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship only within the continental United States. International shipping is not available.

 

Shipping Restrictions

LUGGEX currently does not ship to the following U.S. territories and non-contiguous regions:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • American Samoa
  • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces Americas (AA)
  • Armed Forces Europe (AE)
  • Armed Forces Pacific (AP)

We also do not ship to PO Boxes for luggage items. Some regions may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier limitations or customs restrictions.

 

Shipping Fees & Customs

  • Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders.
  • Expedited shipping options (if available) will show their fees at checkout.
  • Any import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • You can check your delivery status anytime on the carrier’s website.

If your tracking status does not update within 48 hours, please contact us.

 

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

LUGGEX is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Lost packages caused by inaccurate delivery information.

If your order has not shipped, we can help update the address.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check your mailbox, neighbors, front desk, or safe-drop areas
  • Wait 24–48 hours in case the carrier updates early
  • Contact us so we can assist with filing a claim

LUGGEX is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
