Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number once it ships.

Shipping & Delivery We ship within the continental United States only via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (free on most orders)
  • Expedited options, if available, will be shown at checkout

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, holidays) or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. LUGGEX is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building's front desk, or any safe-drop locations. Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not covered by LUGGEX. Contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
