"Great idea and smooth rollers. The only issue is the top piece that you clthe clothes doesnt have a hook. This would be perfect to hand in the bathroom your toiletries. It is just a separate cover with two compartments that clip ower the clothes. How on earth did they not realize that adding a bathroom hook would have made this
perfect?"
So we improved the design — and added a hook, giving travelers an easier and more practical way to organize bathroom essentials on the go.

"Also, if you made the camera bag inserts and dividers that would be awesome! Currently I use inserts and dividers from other manufacturers and they are not a perfect fit.
Thanks for making a great case! Also, honestly look into what it would take to compete in the camera/photo/video space. There are manufacturers with thriving businesses in that space but I think they are all lacking in some way."
We added adjustable, removable dividers so travelers can customize every compartment exactly the way they need.

"I've used these cases for moving heavy research equipment around world, ano far, they have worked quite well. Time will tell as to how well the wheeold up to the
violent baggage handlers. Big plus: all the handles and grab points are sueful when snatching things off the luggage carousel and dragging this beasstairs. Con: the
handle does not extend out far enough and feels pretty cheap. Another 3-4 inches of handle extension and this would have allowed for better stacking of smaller"
In response to this feedback, we improved the trolley system by increasing the handle height — making it more comfortable for different users and ensuring a sturdier, more effortless travel experience.
