Zipperless design is central to our ZX luggage collection. Instead of a traditional zipper around the main compartment, these suitcases use an aluminum frame and latch closures. It’s a distinctive approach that combines a structured case with straightforward opening and closing. 

For us, the appeal isn’t simply looking different. It’s rethinking a familiar part of the suitcase and giving travelers another way to pack up and go.

On our ZX Pro All-in-One carry-on, that means a front-access laptop compartment for reaching your computer without unpacking the main compartment. It also means suspension wheels designed to help absorb vibration along the way.

The work extends beyond visible features. Our quality checks include wheel endurance testing, repeated-impact testing, and loaded drop tests—because how a suitcase performs matters as much as how it looks.

When a customer suggested adding a hanging hook to an organizer so it could be used more conveniently in a bathroom, we added one. Feedback about handle reach also led to changes in handle height. These are examples of how customer experiences inform our design updates.
