Buying a suitcase online shouldn’t end the moment you click Place Order.

At LUGGEX, buying directly from LUGGEX.com also means knowing what happens if the size doesn’t feel right, a wheel develops a covered issue, your order needs to be changed, or you simply have a question before your next trip.

So what actually comes with buying from LUGGEX.com?

Here’s the part of the purchase you don’t see in the suitcase photos.

That means you’re not just choosing a suitcase.

You’re also choosing what happens after it arrives.

1. Unpack It. Roll It. Pack It. Then Decide.

30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

Suitcase dimensions make sense on a product page.

They feel very different when the case is standing next to your bed.

That’s why eligible purchases made directly from LUGGEX.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

And “trying it” doesn’t mean staring at the box.

You can:

  • unpack the suitcase,
  • roll it indoors,
  • test the telescoping handle,
  • pack clothing to check the space,
  • test the lock,
  • and decide whether the size or color actually works for you.

As long as an eligible item remains in resalable condition, includes its original packaging and accessories, and hasn’t been used for travel, those indoor checks don’t automatically make it ineligible for return.

If you decide another size, color or model makes more sense, qualifying exchanges are also covered.

And the shipping?

For eligible returns, LUGGEX provides the prepaid return label.

For eligible exchanges, LUGGEX currently covers both the return shipment and shipping the replacement item.

There’s also no restocking fee on qualifying returns and exchanges.

That matters when you’re choosing between something like a 24″ and 26″ check-in—or wondering whether a 20″ or 21″ carry-on actually feels right in person.

2. A Lifetime Limited Warranty That Goes Beyond the Checkout Page

Coverage for the Parts You Actually Depend On

For luggage purchased from 2026 onward, LUGGEX currently provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

The policy covers qualifying manufacturing defects and functional problems under normal use, including issues involving areas such as:

  • the suitcase shell,
  • telescoping handle,
  • carry handles,
  • wheels,
  • and other functional components.

When an issue qualifies under the warranty, the current policy provides for repair, replacement parts, or a replacement product depending on the situation, without charging for covered warranty service.

That doesn’t mean every scratch, airline incident or accident is covered.

Airline damage, misuse, cosmetic wear, loss, theft and other external damage are excluded from the standard limited warranty.

And we think that distinction should be clear before you buy.

3. Free Standard Shipping Without Adding Another Decision

Nobody enjoys getting to checkout and discovering that the suitcase suddenly costs more to get to your door.

LUGGEX currently offers free standard shipping for qualifying orders within the continental United States. Orders are fulfilled through a U.S. warehouse network and ship through carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow the delivery.

One thing we won’t promise: an unrealistic arrival date.

Delivery timing can vary with warehouse processing, carrier delays and peak travel or holiday periods. The current published standard-delivery guidance is broader than two or three days.

That may sound less exciting than “at your door in 48 hours.”

It’s also more useful when you’re planning around a real departure date.

4. Direct Help From the LUGGEX Team

Sometimes what you need isn’t another FAQ.

You need someone to look at your order.

Customers buying directly from LUGGEX.com can contact the official support team about:

  • product questions,
  • orders,
  • shipping,
  • returns,
  • exchanges,
  • and warranty claims.

Support is available through LUGGEX’s official channels, including website support and service@luggex.com. The current FAQ states that the service team generally responds within 24 hours, subject to time-zone differences. LUGGEX

For warranty claims, providing the order number, model and photos or video of the issue can help the team review the case more quickly. LUGGEX

That’s the advantage of buying direct:

the people helping with the product can also see the purchase behind it.

5. Optional Protection for Risks the Product Warranty Doesn’t Cover

A product warranty and shipping protection aren’t the same thing.

LUGGEX’s limited warranty focuses on qualifying product-quality and functional issues.

For customers who want additional protection, optional xCotton Shipping Protection / Product Protection may be offered at checkout for certain risks outside the standard warranty, including situations such as eligible shipping loss, theft or accidental incidents under the provider’s terms. LUGGEX

The important word is optional.

You don’t need to buy shipping insurance to receive LUGGEX support when an order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an issue LUGGEX is responsible for. LUGGEX

That separation makes it easier to understand what you’re paying for—and what the standard purchase already includes.

How Does That Compare With Other Luggage Brands?

We looked at the current direct-purchase policies published by Away and NOBL as a reality check.

And the answer isn’t “LUGGEX wins every category.”

It doesn’t.

For example, Away currently offers 100-day free returns and exchanges on unused items, which is a longer return window than LUGGEX’s 30 days.

NOBL also advertises a 100-day return window, although its current U.S. FAQ says return-shipping responsibility depends on the protection/free-return option purchased, and another NOBL page says customers are responsible for return shipping.

Warranty structures differ, too.

Away’s current LifetimeCare program provides complimentary covered repairs for the first five years, with repair support continuing afterward for a reasonable service fee; LUGGEX’s current policy says covered warranty repairs or replacements during the applicable Lifetime Limited Warranty period carry no charge.

That doesn’t automatically make one brand “better.”

It means the details matter.

Where LUGGEX stands out most clearly

It’s the combination of:

30-day free eligible returns + prepaid labels + free eligible exchanges + no restocking fee + Lifetime Limited Warranty + direct official support.

That’s a stronger trust story than simply saying:

“We make durable luggage.”

Because every part is something a customer can actually use if the purchase doesn’t go exactly as planned.

Why Buy Direct From LUGGEX.com?

Because buying luggage isn’t only about the first trip.

It’s also about what happens when:

the size feels wrong,
the color looks different in your room,
you need to exchange it,
a covered component develops an issue,
or you just need a real answer before you leave.

Buying directly from LUGGEX.com gives you a direct path back to the brand behind the suitcase.
