When we started LUGGEX, we were just a small team with a simple belief:
Travel gear should actually work — not just look good in photos.
We’re still a rocket-stage brand.
Still learning. Still adjusting. Still getting things wrong sometimes.
And that’s exactly why I wanted to write this.
Over the years, so many people have helped shape what LUGGEX is becoming.
The ones who supported us early, when we were still rough around the edges.
The ones who didn’t hesitate to point out where we fell short.
The ones who send long emails with thoughtful, detailed product feedback.
They’re directors and photographers who travel for work.
Creators who live out of a suitcase.
Mothers traveling with a baby in one arm and a carry-on in the other.
And yes — people who simply took a moment to say, “Hey, this is good.”
I call these our Epic Moments.
Sometimes it’s an unexpected message.
Sometimes it’s seeing one of our suitcases roll past me in an airport.
Sometimes it’s spotting a LUGGEX case on a random street in the U.S., outside a hotel, or waiting at baggage claim.
I don’t always know how to describe the feeling.
Pride, gratitude, disbelief — probably all of it at once.
Of course, we want to grow as a brand.
But more than selling more products, what matters to me is building real relationships.
I’d rather walk this road with people who care, who speak honestly, and who travel alongside us — than chase numbers alone.
If you’re here, reading this, or browsing The Vault:
Thank you for being part of the journey.
We’re glad you’re traveling with us.
