How is the front compartment different from a typical laptop pocket?

It’s designed for everyday travel essentials, rather than as a dedicated laptop compartment. The deeper shape accommodates bulkier items like a light jacket, snacks, toiletries, or baby supplies. Keep the things you’ll need during the journey up front, without digging through your packed clothes.

Is the entire suitcase zipperless?

The main compartment is zipperless, with an aluminum-frame closure and push-button TSA locks. The front compartment uses a zipper and opens independently, so you can reach frequently used items while leaving the main case closed.

How is the packing space organized?The interior has three packing zones: a front quick-access compartment, a separate left-side compartment, and the right-side main compartment. The front compartment occupies roughly a quarter of the case, separating on-the-go essentials from the rest of your packing. A waterproof PVC pocket provides a separate place for damp items.

Can the wheels be removed for cleaning or replacement?

Yes. The wheels feature a one-touch release that lets you detach them for cleaning, maintenance, or replacement. This makes it easier to clear away trapped hair and grit after a trip. For replacements, use wheels compatible with this model.

issues under normal use.
Covered repairs and replacement parts are free. Airline damagge, misuse, cosmetic scratches and normal wear are
excluded.
Inspect your item at home. Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, with the item in resalable condition,
original packaging and accessories, and no travel use.
Eligible returns include a prepaid return label and no restoocking fee. Eligible exchanges ship both ways free.
