Luggage purchased from 2026 onward has a lifetime limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use.

Covered repairs and replacement parts are free. Airline damage, misuse, cosmetic scratches and normal wear are excluded.

Inspect your item at home. Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, with the item in resalable condition, original packaging and accessories, and no travel use.
