There's a rear-mounted cup holder built into the frame. It sounds small. It isn't. When you're rolling through a terminal with a boarding pass in one hand and a coffee in the other, having somewhere to set that cup changes the whole experience. A precision hook on the telescoping handle holds your tote, crossbody, or personal item securely while you roll. We added it after one too many trips where a bag kept sliding off the handle at the worst moment.
