How will my gift card be delivered?
Your LUGGEX gift card is delivered by email—no physical card or shipping required. To send it directly to someone, select “I want to send this as a gift,” enter their email, and add an optional personal message. You can also schedule delivery for a future date.
How do I use my LUGGEX gift card?
Choose your favorite luggage or travel accessories on our website, then enter the code from your gift card email at checkout. The available balance will be applied to your order. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Does my gift card expire?
No—LUGGEX gift cards never expire, and you don’t have to spend the full amount at once. Any unused balance stays on the card for a future purchase. If your order total exceeds your balance, simply pay the difference with another accepted payment method.
Can I use my gift card on sale items or with a discount code?
Yes. Your gift card is a payment method, so you can use it on sale items and alongside an eligible discount code. The usual terms and exclusions for each promotion still apply.
Can I return a gift card?
