I got LUGGEX 28", I was a bit unsure at first since this suitcase doesn?t have a zipper, but I?m so glad I went for it! The locking latches are easy to use and feel way more secure.One of the best features is how lightweight yet spacious it is. This is the best suitcase I've ever had by a lot. I love the zip up cover inside and how one side is wider so you never accidentally open it the wrong way and spill everything. It has held up extremely well to the abuse of airlines. The lock doesn't accidentally spin when it gets bumped around like my other one. Not to mention it looks amazing, people always think I'm transporting something very important or expensive in it just because of how nice it looks. The shock springs on the wheels are great to, it handles bumps like nothing. Great product, 100% recommend
I bought two sizes of this suitcase. They have traveled overseas and back twice and held up well. No visible scratches, which has to be because of the finish because we all know TSA is not gentle with your luggage. So they're durable. I love this lock style because it feels much more secure to me than a zipper. No need to hack the lock when there's a zipper because all you have to do is stick a pen in between the teeth and it's open. I also love that in the larger case there's a fully zipped interior compartment on both sides, and in the smaller case it's fully zipped on one side and has a partition with clips on the other so your clothes are still held in place. They have carry handles on two sides, and are very lightweight. Even after you load them up they roll very smoothly and are quiet, and they are very sturdy. The flat top makes a good drink holder in a pinch too.
Great luggage! Very easy to roll, spring wheels and holds massive amounts of items! TSA approved locks!! I'm 5'4 and can wheels it with just the handle, easily goes over carpet and doorways!

How do I set the code when I first get it?
1. The original combination is 0-0-0. Switch the Reset Button in the latch from "OFF" to "SET";
2. Turn the Dials to your desired combination (e.g.:8-8-8);
3. Switch the Reset Button to "OFF", and now you can open the lock with the new combination.
Why would the handle of the luggage feel a bit shaky?
After extensive testing, a slight degree of handle movement is to ensure long-term usage.
Due to the principles of thermal expansion and contraction and the lateral forces,
if the handle is too tight, it may become unusable and even cause damage.
Is there supposed to be some sort of key included?
The key is not included in the package, it is designed for the customs exam only, it's a standard TSA lock, only the customs have the key to open.
What should I do if there is an issue with the luggage received?
For any issues in product & servicing, LUGGEX claims to will keep the luggage in repair for 3 years.
